bha99 operates on the principle of fair play. Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting tools, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. bha99 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible.

1. General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms

1.3 Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement

Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonuses or promotional credits received.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The Platform is designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. bha99 does not warrant that accessing or using the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh, and makes no representations to that effect.
2.3 Registration Requirements
To open an account with bha99, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Required information includes, but is not limited to:

- A valid and active email address that you own and have access to
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your own name
- Date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or over

You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension, delays in payment processing, or permanent account closure.
2.4 One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bha99 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. bha99 uses automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, bha99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings accumulated across those accounts.
2.5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bha99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bha99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Age Verification: bha99 may request identity documents at any stage of the account relationship — not only at registration. Providing false information about your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may have legal consequences under applicable Bangladeshi law.
3. Account Obligations
3.1 Player Conduct
By using the bha99 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform, damages the experience of other players, or brings bha99 into disrepute. This includes but is not limited to the use of offensive language in any communication channel, harassment of support staff or other players, and any form of cheating or collusion.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bha99 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the house
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrectly stated odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
- Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or any peer-to-peer betting format
- Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime
- Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or the account management process
- Attempting to access another player's account without their explicit authorisation
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance
bha99 applies Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with responsible platform management practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds. KYC verification typically requires a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts with incomplete KYC verification.
3.4 Communication from bha99
By registering an account, you consent to receiving transactional communications from bha99 via your registered email address and mobile number. These include account confirmation emails, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and verification requests. Transactional and security communications cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit on the bha99 Platform is ৳100 via mobile banking services such as bKash and Nagad. Deposits are credited to your bha99 wallet immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider. Standard deposits below ৳50,000 do not require manual review. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bha99 charges no fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bha99 accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within five minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within two business hours on standard working days. bha99 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the receiving financial institution are outside bha99's control and are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- Your account KYC verification must be complete
- Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be fulfilled
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified available balance after deducting any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements
- The account must not be subject to any active review, suspension, or restriction
bha99 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds checks for withdrawal requests exceeding ৳100,000 in a single transaction or ৳500,000 in a calendar month. Such checks may extend standard processing timelines. The account holder will be notified promptly if additional documentation is required.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: bha99 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may trigger an internal review. bha99 cooperates fully with applicable legal and regulatory requests. Player funds that are the subject of a money laundering investigation may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
bha99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, a welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
5.2 Welcome Bonus
New players who register an account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit applicable to the welcome bonus are stated in the promotion page at the time of opt-in. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
bha99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include: registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; systematically targeting bonus offers across related accounts; and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, bha99 reserves the right to void all bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the account without prior notice.
5.4 Wagering Contribution Rates
Different game types contribute at different rates towards satisfying bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked; live casino games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute between 10% and 20%; sports bets contribute at a rate dependent on the odds of the selection — single bets at odds below 1.50 may contribute 0%. 6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Placement of Bets
All bets placed on the bha99 sportsbook are final once confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that a bet has been placed correctly — including the selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. bha99 does not accept requests to amend or cancel confirmed bets except where expressly stated in a specific sport's supplementary rules (for example, where a match is postponed before kick-off and no alternative start time is confirmed within the specified period).
6.2 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within the applicable window; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; the market was incorrectly described; or the event outcome cannot be officially verified. bha99's decision on voiding bets is final in all cases where no obvious manifest error in the player's favour exists.
6.3 Live In-Play Betting
Live in-play markets are offered on selected cricket, football, and other sports events. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect the current state of play. bha99 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time during an event — for example, during a wicket review in cricket, a VAR check in football, or a technical disruption. Bets placed immediately before a suspension that was triggered by a known event outcome may be voided at bha99's discretion.
6.4 Casino and Slot Games
All casino and slot games available on the bha99 Platform are supplied by internationally certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are contained within the game interface itself. bha99 does not modify game logic or RTP rates. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or slot game, any incomplete game round will be resolved automatically according to the game provider's built-in disconnection handling protocol. The outcome of any completed game round — whether won or lost — is final and cannot be reversed.
6.5 Maximum Win Limits
bha99 applies maximum win limits per bet and per game session. The applicable limit varies by sport, market type, and game. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum win limit for a given bet or session will be paid up to the maximum only, with the excess amount forfeited. Players are advised to review applicable win limits before placing high-stake wagers.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your bha99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled according to their applicable rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within five business days. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
7.2 Responsible Gaming Closure
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including but not limited to self-exclusion, problem gambling concerns, or the advice of a health professional — will have their account closed immediately upon request, without any waiting period. During a responsible gaming self-exclusion, bha99 will not send promotional communications to the excluded account. 7.3 Account Suspension by bha99
bha99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
- Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
- A court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring account restriction
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bha99 will communicate with the account holder via the registered email address. In cases involving suspected criminal activity, bha99 may be legally prohibited from disclosing the reasons for the suspension.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet placed). bha99 will send reminder communications to the registered email address before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administration fee of ৳200 per month, applied against the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. 8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
bha99 aims to maintain Platform availability at or above 99.5% on an annualised basis. However, bha99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond bha99's reasonable control including acts of God, civil unrest, or government-ordered restrictions on internet access.
8.2 Accuracy of Information
bha99 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds, game results, account balances, and promotional information displayed on the Platform are accurate. However, in the event of a manifest error — including an incorrectly stated price, a system-generated odds error, or an inaccurately credited balance — bha99 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the affected account accordingly. Players who knowingly exploit a manifest error will have associated bets voided and winnings forfeited.
8.3 Third-Party Game Providers
All casino and slot games on the bha99 Platform are supplied by independent third-party providers. bha99 is not responsible for errors, defects, or interruptions in third-party game software. In the event of a game malfunction, the relevant game provider's dispute resolution process applies. bha99 will assist in facilitating communication with the game provider where a player raises a valid dispute.
8.4 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bha99's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bha99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
